Videotape Editing
After the video deposition has been completed and prior to showing the tape to the jury, the Judge reviews the transcript and rules on the objections. The questions and answers that are to be deleted from the videotape are highlighted in the transcript by the Judge.  The videotape is then electronically edited and the noted objections are deleted.  The original videotape is never altered during the editing process. The original and the edited versions are then marked and the edited version is played for the Jury. 

Editing can also be used to edit together a day in the life, settlement, or any other type of videotape adding titles, narration or computer animation.
