Videos, Text and photos and updated info will be proceed by LTV Networks, Inc.

Any available Video work, photographs, and content will be provide by LTV Networks, Inc. to Web Firm. Web firm will encode videos and posted them on the stream server Scan and prepare artwork, other images and new content as “we-ready.”

The LTV Networks will identify one main contract person who will liaise with Web Firm from the Ltvbroadband.com involved with content development of the site.

The LTV Networks will be responsible for obtaining all authorized signatures before project development begins or is implemented in the site.

The LTV Networks will provide its current database and FTP access to Web Firm.

Once the final testing and project are complete and the site is “unofficially” approved, Web firm will issue a formal acceptance letter to the LTV Networks for authorized signing.

The final new Web site will be finalize upon receipt of the signed letter,  conforming approval of the site. If the signed letter is not received within a reasonable time frame, it will be assumed that the site has been approved and the site will be launched.

The 30 day warranty period will begging on the launch or conclusion of the project day. Any bugs reported during that time period will be dealt with by Web Firm technical Webmaster.

Problems that develop after the 30 days will be addressed during that time. If problems require sophisticated technical expertise to solve, these problems will be addressed on a “Time and Material” basis. Some extra work after the due date will have an add value and an extra price will be charge.
